NPS4053負(fù)載開關(guān)評估板
NPS4053評估板是專為Nexperia負(fù)載開關(guān)系列設(shè)計的專用PCB。PCB上有GND、VIN、VOUT、FLG和EN測試點，便于連接示波器探頭。其設(shè)計充分考慮了用戶友好性，簡化了負(fù)載開關(guān)動態(tài)特性的測試和分析過程，如RON和平滑接通測量。

主要特性和優(yōu)勢
- 輸入電壓可由測試點提供，VIN范圍為2.5 V至5.5 V。
- 去耦電容連接到評估板輸入端的VIN，靠近負(fù)載開關(guān)IC。輸出端與此類似。
- 需要準(zhǔn)確測量輸入或輸出時會使用VIN_Sense和VOUT_Sense。測量VIN至VOUT的壓降時，會使用這些開爾文源極連接進(jìn)行RON測量。
