Planar Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in an SOD323F (SC-90) very small and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
Features and benefits

Reverse voltage: VR ≤ 40 V
Low forward voltage typ. VF = 550 mV
Low reverse current typ. IR = 1.5 μA
Very small and flat lead SMD plastic package
Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
